MAEGAN PATE is a Chicago-based, Boston-born, Costume Designer, Assistant Costume Designer and costumer in Theatre, TV, and Film. I believe that theatre at its purest state is a nuanced collaboration between members of the community to bring the words on the page to life. Collaboration is instrumental to creating a space that breathes life into our work and art. The community that we create in the space is the heart of what we do and informs all the ways in which our work will be perceived. I am especially interested in theatre that focuses on female identifying experiences with an emphasis on social change.
